How to select the right size?

Sizing Instruction
For a perfect fit, you’ll need to measure your thighs.

How to Measure:

  • STEP 1: Measure bare thighs while standing.
  • STEP 2: Start from the inside of your thighs, about 1 cm below your crotch.
  • STEP 3: Measure the circumference of your thighs at this level. Ensure the tape measure is not too tight or too loose.

How to wear Thigh Shield?

  • STEP 1: Slide and Settle: Slide the bands onto your thighs.
  • STEP 2: The 90 degree Check: Lift one knee to a 90-degree angle and adjust the band from the back, sliding it down to sit just below your buttocks. Do not wear the band on your butt. The butt is rounded, so the band will slip down from the back when you lift your leg or climb stairs. The correct position is just below the butt, where it stays secure and doesn’t slide.
  • STEP 3: Pull Up the Middle: Gently pull the bands up from the inner-thigh area to ensure maximum coverage and zero skin-to-skin contact.
  • STEP 4: Walk and Adjust: Walk a few steps and check the fit. You’re good to go!
